The following steps detail Alliant’s Contract Placement service:
- To engage our contract placement services, simply provide the Alliant Engineering recruiting team with a job requirement for your employment needs. We can provide assistance in creating this requirement.
- We will engage multiple recruiting resources to find the best candidate. We utilize an internal database, and internet resources such as Career Builder to seek out individuals.
- Acceptable candidates are then screened via phone interviews, a personal interview, and often through specific tests given at our facility.
- Once a candidate has passed each level of evaluation, they are then submitted to you for an interview.
- Upon acceptance of a candidate, simply fill out and sign the contract placement agreement.
Rate and term negotiations are handled between Alliant Engineering and your company. It is also your option to continue the contract indefinitely, or choose a prorated early conversion within the first six months.
