Injection molded parts are produced using a variety of processes. Using the latest technology available, we are able to simulate regular injection molding, overmolding, gas assist, co-injection, injection-compression, reactive injection-compression, RTM, SRIM, and multi-barrel reactive molding.

Based on the geometry of the part, AE can provide analysis using a traditional mid-plane representation, a hybrid Fusion mesh, or a more accurate 3D simulation.
